Beet juice as Natural Remedy for ENT Disorders:

Beet has healing properties and nutrients which help in keeping most conditions at bay. this is also a very good remedy for boosting immunity besides taking care of different conditions affecting the ear and throat areas.It has been fond to be especially great for those suffering  form tonsillitis. 

Using Beet as treatment for ENT Disorders:
The juice should be Extracted from the fresh root of beet and then mixed well with carrot juice to help improve the taste and effectiveness of the remedy . The juice mix should then be taken several times during the day and continued for a period of time till the condition has healed or improved .Beet can also be included in meals as diet for the disorder.

Basil Leaves as Natural remedy for ENT disorder:
Basil leaves have essential minerals and nutrients which help in getting rid of disorders. It is also a great way of boosting the immune system thereby keeping most of those conditions at bay. this is one of the most popular natural remedies for a varity of conditions that affect the human body and is widely used.

using basil leaves as treatment for ENT disorders:
The leaves can be used to make tea which should be taken with a small amount of honey to effectively cure the conditions. fresh leaves can also be added to boiling water to make a decoration to be taken at least twice daily till the desired results from the disorders have been achieved.....                                                                                                                                            to be continue........

ABOUT A CONTACT LENS

      

If think to wear some thing , logically, comfort should be always ranks fast, Anyway , now a day men and woman both intenst to a contact lens. because  it is easy , comfortable , and low demand. contact lensse  are  usually available in three forms:

1. Daily (use for one day),
2. Monthlies (use for one month) & 
3. Yearlies (use for one year).

Dailies are not widely available in Bangladesh & although the yearlies are cheaper, the monthly contact lenses are recommended. when  you wear , you should be ensure  that , your hand and face is oil and dirt free. then dried properly , lenses are usually submerged in solution with a slightly different PH balance then that of water , thus its inadvisable to handle contact lens with wet hands. For those who use eye make-up , care should be taken no powdery residue enters the eye.Also users should be ensure that thy have no irritation or allergic reactions.fingernails, contrary to popular belief , and not to long and sharp. this will help above scratching or ex- teaching them. To  ''CLEAN" the lens it should be placed gently on the palm and rubbed with lens saline disinfectant solution, to remove any lodged residue.



If you want to use it , again, you should be submerged into saline or disinfectant solution ,ideally overnight.lens should not be wear for extended prides of time.
we should remain that "pain is the price which we pay for beauty" does not necessarily have to apply to contact lenses . so with proper hygiene and care we should not be taken to rush.....

PET ANIMAL CARE , LIKE DOG .

    

There is  not  a problem that how many gloomy days you pass, how many bad weather may treat you, or how many minor mishaps may fill your days,  but there is a one thing that when you enter your home , you always welcome with a greeting smile , a hanging tongue  and smiling eyes . It's none other then what's been known to be man's best friend, your dog .If you one concerned about giving your dog the proper care it needs, then you have banked on the right tree.

Hare are a few thing you need to know before you bring home your potential best friend:

* Before you bring your dog home , you need to find a suitable veterinarian fast.This is the first and foremost  thing anyone  should do before getting a pet . set-up a cheek-up  on the dog with a pet doctor. one of the most important vaccines rabies for dogs.

* Initially your puppy will not be comfortable in your house because it is an unfamiliar territory for it . Make sure you have clean area and little bed made up for your friend to sleep on. Remember that in winter it need warm place and in summer it need cool place to stay.

 

*Find some bowls in which you will serve food and water for your dog. Always keep them separated from your other dishes and wash them properly after each meal. Refill you'r dog's water bowl with fresh water because it needs water just like you.
( How do you know it's  thirsty? - it might give you a signals like it might bug you or follow you to the bathroom or kitchen , especially when it hears the water running .)

LIFE AND THE FREEDOM*****

Life and freedom is a similar word . because a life can not pass in a room or prison, it needs freedom ,and that word is same for everyone , even  an animal,,,such like an ant ......!!! BUT some people think that ,the freedom is not correct word for animals ,so they caught them  the in the deep forest ,,and tread them with  anther people .... SO we lost our two impotent things ,,which is 
                                   1.OUR FOREST 
                                        2.OUR ANIMALS

SO, at the time we take care of our best ability to protect our forest ,land ,animals...... and probably we should stop those people and there business . ..... with rocking ........... because  we are in the "ROCKING WORLD..                                                                                                                  take care yourself....hamza rahman.
