COOL & COLD SHAKES

                                      

WHEN YOU SEE , A glass of dew, ice cubes are flying in the juice and its color , make you crazy to drink. And when you drink it , you get a wholesome flavor that you are dreaming before . Any way today you can make your dreamed  cool and cold shakes with your own hand just trying few steps. then enjoy it with your friends , family or in a party.          

PINK LASSIE:

Ingredients:
1. Vanilla ice cream - 1cup
2. orange juice -1/2 cup
3. black current fruits juice -1 cup
4. Ice cube - 1/2 cup

Method:
All ingredients, put into blander machines jog and mix well and blended for 45 seconds. Then serve in a cool glasses with cold ice cube.

MANGO SHAKE :

Ingredients:
1. ripe mango slice - 1 cup
2. milk ( cold) - 1 cup
3. vanilla or mango ice-cream - 1/2 cup
4. sugar or honey - 1 table spoon
5. For declaration fresh cream and mango slice

method:
In the blander jog , ripe mango , milk vanilla or mango ice cream , sugar/ honey ice cubes mix well and blended for 2 minutes. Then serve in a nice looking glass with fresh cream & mango slice.

Black magic cake

  
Black magic cake , an amazingly & delicious cake , only  can fill when you take a single bite on it .but it need to make properly , thinking  how? don't worry  today ,you will learn one of the easiest way to make , this gorgeous cake , "BLACK MAGIC CAKE". You can increase your popularity among your family and friends.if  you're  a chocoholic , and if you lick quick recipes, this one's perfect for you.


INGREDIENTS:
1. 1  3/4  cups plain flour
2. 2  cups sugar
3. 3/4 cup Hershey's cocoa ( available in any departmental  store)
4. 1 teaspoon baking powder
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 2  eggs
7. 1 cup strong black coffee  or 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee added in one cup boiling water
8. 1 cup sour milk or buttermilk**
9. 1/2  cup vegetable oil / butter
10. extra flour and oil / butter for greasing and flouring  the cake pan.

METHOD: 
1. heat oven at  175 C . grease and flour a medium -sized baking pan .

2. put sugar, flour, cocoa baking soda , baking powder and salt in a large bowl and mix well. add eggs , buttermilk, coffee,butter and vanilla extract. with an electric beater, mix the ingredients at medium spreed for two minutes. the butter will be thin.

3. pout  the butter into the prepared baking pan and put the pan in the oven . bake for approximately 30-40 minutes at  175 C . it;s Bette to cheek after 30 minutes: take  a thin wooden pick and insert it in the middle of the cake .If it comes out clean, your cake is done

4. Take the cake out and let it cool for a while. remove from the baking pan. cool it completely . Frost and decorate as you please.

**you can make sour milk or buttermilk at home. just take 1 cup of milk and add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice. Let it sit for five minutes, & then you're good to go** .

mud cake in chocolate

                                      
For those who go absolutely crazy when it comes to chocolate , chocolate mud cake is the ultimate treat! Be it a mere dessert or a special birthday cake - a mud cake will surely make a popular among your family and friends.Below is an easy recipe of one of the most scrumptious, chocolaty delights; make it , and enjoy the delicious experience!!

preparation time : 30 minutes & cooking time: 1.5-2 hours .

Ingredients:
1. 250g butter , chopped
2. 200g dark chocolate
3. 2 cups caster sugar
4. 11/3  cups water
5.1tsp instant coffee (table spoon )
6. 3/4  cup plan flour
7. 1/4  cup coco/ cocoa powder
8. 3/4  cup self-raising flour &
9. 3 eggs, lightly beaten .

For Ganache:
 1. 150g dark  chocolate
 2. 1/2  cup cream

Method:
1. pre-heat the oven at 150 c.
2. In a large saucepan , add the fast five ingredients.
3. Melt together over low heat until sugar is dissolved and butter and  chocolate are melted . Allow the mixture to cool for ten minutes .
4. sift plain flour , self-raising flour and cocoa into a large mixing bowl.
5. Add cooled mixture to the bowl and beat gently.
6. Add the eggs, and beat gently .Don't worry if the butter looks a little runny.
7. Take a medium-sized cake pan and grease the base and sides with butter. pour the butter into a pan and bake at 150c  for two hour s . some oven might take 1.5 hours , so keep checking the cake.
8. prepare ganache by placing the chocolate and cream in a saucepan over very low heat . stir frequently; take the pot down when the chocolate has just melted and mixture is smooth . Allow the ganache to cool slightly.
9. When the ganavhe has cooled off to a spreadable consistency, spread it over the cake using flat-bladed knife .put the cake in the refrigerator, take it out after a few hours , and you're good to go !! Tastes amazing with ice-cream.

 

**NOTE: In case you can't get hands on self-raising flour, you can make it on your kitchen!! just take the plain flour in a bowl, add some baking powder and whisk the mixture . You add two tea spoons of baking powder to each cup plain flour.**
