Herbal treatment to stop hair fall

                                     

Nearly, when all  man and woman both getting older, they don't control their hair fall. In addition to aging , genetic and hormonal impalement, during pregnancy  and menopause may also cause hair loss  in woman.


                                      AYURVEDA MASSAGE TREATMENT: 

Try to always use a natural shampoo or natural shop , to clean the hair . In the market most of shampoo or soap made from chemical, so they might be cause of  your problems like hair fall. Amla (emblica officinalis ) & Shikakai  (Acacia concinna) are very commonly used in Bangladesh for washing the hair.

HARE THE STEPS CAN STOP HAIR FALL: 
1. oiling and massaging of scalp, because it is very beneficial for stopping hair loss.
2. use coconut oil or mustard oil at least three times in a week. (Mahabhringraj oil, Amla oil & Arnica oil are very  useful ).                  
3. using coconut oil mixed with lime juice or applying juice of green coriander leaves on the hair also beneficial.

4. washing hair with a paste of cooked  urad dal ( black beans ) and fenugreek ( methi) 2-3 times in  a week.

5. paste of licorice made by grinding it in milk can be applied on the bald  patches . because it induce hair growth (A past of seeds of lemon and black pepper can be applied ).

6. A special Ayurvedicpreparation made from Bhringraj (Eclipta alba),Amla, corals,iron and black sesame seeds is very useful,and even stop the graying of hair.

7. A mixture of lettuce and spinach juice is good to drink to induce hair growth. the juice of alfalfa mixed with that of carrot , and lettuce juice is also good to take .

8. Drink 1/3rd cup of aloe Vera juice daily. You can also take 1 tbsp of aloe Vera gel with pinch of cumin .Take it thrice a day for  2-3 months control hair loss.



9. Take apple cider vinegar and sage tea to rinse your hair. This induces the growth of hair. If you're dry them consume burdock and marshmallow tea .Message your scalp regularly with horsetail.
